I'm getting an "unauthorised..." message |

If you keep getting a messages like "unauthorised user" or "unauthorised resource" and get bumped out of your logged in status, or if in the middle of an edit your session times out and gives you a similar message, try keeping the Remember Me option checked before you log in. The check box is right next to the log in button, and often this should solve your problem. However, if you are on a computer that you share with others, remember to explicity log off. On shared computers you should also make sure that the computer's browser setting is not set to remember passwords.

It is plagiarism, considered a serious academic and professional offense by educational and other institutions. Outcomes can be serious – a failure grade, expulsion from school, loss of job, or academic/professional certification.

How do I delete or edit a blog entry? |

It's a lot simpler now: Just go to My Blog Editor where you'll see all your blog entries with both edit and delete options. It used to be this way, once upon a time: 1) Click on the menu item Blogs
2) Click the option "My Entries"
3) Pick the blog entry you want to edit or delete by clicking on the pencil icon next to the title of the entry.
4) Edit the entry, if that is your intent.
5)There are menu options for saving your edited entry or deleting it somewhere at the bottom of the screen.

Though all blog entries will be automatically published, Kuzoo editors may remove or edit them in accordance with its editorial policies. Just keep it clean in terms of language and subject matter, and respect copyright laws. Those are basically all you really have to do to have a place here as a Kuzoo blogger.

If you can't see the pictures you've uploaded, but only a broken icon, there is a problem with the thumbnail that was created for your picture. The picture itself is most probably OK and all you need to do is regenerate the thumbnail. Here's how:

If you can't access a profile, you are probably getting a "fatal error" message or a blank screen. This message appears when picture uploads into user albums are aborted, resulting in an incomplete picture upload and the concerned user's profile becoming inaccessible.

Sure you can change your password and user name. We realize users may not always pick the best user names for themselves at the time of registration. So rather than force you to register again, we prefer to allow you to change it.

Mac users may have problems browsing Kuzoo.Net, and this is usually caused by browsers such as Internet Explorer (IE). IE was last updated years ago, with Microsoft abandoning support for it.
